Ø Fashion house department:
At
first,the soft copy design is taken from the buyer which will be printed. Then
the design is opened by Adobe photoshop or Adobe illustrator in computer. Then
the design is divided into various parts according to its various color &
printed on the plastic design paper. The design papers then sent to printing
department.
Ø Printing department:
Initially
TXR is applied on mesh fabric & the plastic design paper is applied on it.Then
the design part of design paper attached with mesh fabric becomes soft. Then
the soft part of mesh fabric are washed the design will be prominent on the
mesh fabric. Then the mesh fabric will be the part of the design for a specific
color. Such whole design is produced for all color of a design at individual
mesh fabric.
