FLEECE MACHINE

FLEECE MACHINE DESCRIPTION:
Ø In MONDOL FABRICS LTD., fleece m/cs are available with JIUNN LONG brand.
Ø Fleece m/cs are used for particular configurations of their m/c parts. Here cams, feeders, sinkers are totally different in construction.

Ø Usually fleece m/c can be visually identified by its belt & VDQ pulleys configuration in compare with s/j m/cs.

Indication point:
ü Motor on/off: It indicates the motor is on or off.
ü Cooling fan condition: It indicates either the cooling fan rotates or not.
ü Gate lock/unlock: It indicates either the gate lock or unlock.
ü Hole indicator:It indicates the holing is happened or not.
ü Oil mark indicator: It indicates the oil mark is creates or not.
ü Broken needle indicator: It illuminates if the needle broke.
ü Bottom stop motion: It indicates whether the bottom yarn feeding is running or not.
ü Top stop motion: It indicates whether the top yarn feeding is running or not.
ü RPM counter: It indicates the running rpm of m/c.

Loop used in fleece:
Fleece fabric is mainly of two types:
1. Two thread fleeces which have knit & loop yarn.
2. Three thread fleeces which have knit, tuck and loop yarn.

As fleece fabric is constructed with 3 threads in 3 threads fleece we have to calculate production for each loop yarn. Calculations are as below mentioned.
